Founded in 1980, Ballet Junior is a transition between training and professional life.

The company is made up of the most advanced students of the Ecole de Danse de Genève. With technical classes in the morning and rehearsals in the afternoon, the rhythm of the daily workload is similar to the one of a professional company.

Two or three different programmes are presented each season. The Ballet Junior gives the
opportunity to work with well known choreographers on revivals or new pieces.
